2. Scope & Applicability
This policy applies to all persons associated with Eduinx, including but not limited to:
- • Full-time and part-time employees

- • Interns, apprentices, trainees
- • Freelancers and third-party service providers
- • Any person visiting or working with Eduinx in a professional capacity
3. Definition of Workplace
For the purpose of this policy, “workplace” includes:
- • Eduinx offices and premises
- • Client or partner locations
- • Online platforms used for work (email, WhatsApp, Slack, Zoom, Teams, LMS, etc.)
- • Offsite meetings, training programs, events, travel, and work-related social gatherings
Any conduct connected to work, whether physical or virtual, falls under the scope of this policy.
4. What Constitutes Sexual Harassment
Sexual harassment includes any unwelcome act or behavior, whether directly or indirectly, such as:
- • Physical contact or advances
- • Demand or request for sexual favors
- • Sexually colored remarks, jokes, or comments
- • Display or sharing of obscene or inappropriate content
- • Unwelcome verbal, non-verbal, or digital conduct of a sexual nature
Sexual harassment may occur regardless of gender, designation, intent, or location.
5. Responsibilities of All Individuals
Every individual associated with Eduinx is expected to:
- • Maintain professional conduct at all times
- • Respect personal boundaries and dignity
- • Refrain from any behavior that may be perceived as inappropriate
- • Report incidents of sexual harassment or retaliation
- • Cooperate truthfully during investigations
6. Grievance Redressal Mechanism
Eduinx has established a confidential and structured mechanism to address complaints of sexual harassment.
How to Raise a Complaint
Any aggrieved person may submit a written complaint via email to:

Complaints should ideally be made within three (3) months of the incident. In cases where the complainant is unable to submit the complaint, assistance may be provided as per applicable law.
All complaints will be:

- • Complaints will be examined by the Internal Committee (IC) constituted as per law
- • Both parties will be given a fair opportunity to present their case
- • The inquiry will follow principles of natural justice

- • Findings and recommendations will be communicated appropriately
8. Confidentiality
Eduinx strictly maintains confidentiality regarding:
- • Identity of the complainant
- • Identity of the respondent
- • Details of the complaint and inquiry
- • Witness statements and evidence
Any breach of confidentiality may attract disciplinary action.
9. Protection Against Retaliation
Eduinx strictly prohibits:

Any such conduct will be treated as a serious violation of company policy.
10. Disciplinary Action
If allegations are proven, Eduinx may take appropriate action, including:

11. False or Malicious Complaints
While Eduinx encourages genuine reporting, malicious or knowingly false complaints may attract disciplinary action. However, inability to prove a complaint does not automatically imply malicious intent.
