Policies
Eduinx Education Services Private Limited (“Eduinx”) is committed to maintaining transparent, ethical, and student-centric practices in all academic and administrative operations. We recognize that learners may occasionally need to cancel, defer, or withdraw from an enrolled program.
This Refund, Deferral & Cancellation Policy defines the eligibility, process, timelines, and rights governing such cases. This policy applies to all Eduinx learners, whether enrolled directly or through authorized training partners, financing partners, or affiliates.
By paying any part of the program fee, the learner acknowledges and agrees to all terms herein and as stated in the Eduinx Career Success Program Handbook, Placement Guarantee Terms, and other official Eduinx policies.
A learner is eligible for a refund only if the cancellation request is made at least eight (8) calendar days before the official program start date
Refunds will be processed after deducting the following:
Refunds will be processed to a valid and verifiable account belonging to the learner as per Eduinx’s finance and compliance procedures. The refund may be made through bank transfer, payment gateway reversal, or any other authorized method deemed suitable by Eduinx’s Finance Team. The learner must provide accurate bank or payment details and proof of ownership (such as a cancelled cheque or bank statement). Eduinx shall not be responsible for delays or failures arising from incorrect account information, third-party payment processors, or financing institutions. All refund settlements will be made only after internal verification and audit clearance, and Eduinx’s written confirmation shall constitute final proof of refund completion.
If a refund request is raised within 1 to 7 calendar days before the official start date:
Once rescheduled, no further refund requests will be entertained.
Refund requests made on or after the official program start date will not be accepted under any circumstances, including but not limited to cases where the learner has:
The entire program fee stands forfeited.
This clause also applies to learners under installment or EMI financing arrangements — such learners remain bound by their financial contract with the lending partner, and Eduinx holds no obligation to cancel or adjust EMIs.
Eduinx follows strict academic compliance to maintain program integrity. Refund, placement, or deferral eligibility may be impacted if the learner fails to meet participation norms.
All Eduinx program enrollments are strictly non-transferable.
Transfer, substitution, or assignment of enrollment to another person, batch, or program is not permittedunder any circumstances.
Any such request automatically nullifies refund eligibility.
To initiate a refund or cancellation, the learner must submit a formal written request to: student.affairs@eduinx.com
The request must include:
Eduinx may also require completion of its official Refund Request Form, if available, for audit purposes.
Refund requests received through phone, WhatsApp, or social media will not be considered valid.
Refund claims based on subjective dissatisfaction or post-hoc reasons will not be entertained.
Eduinx is not responsible for delays or deductions arising from third-party payment gateways, banks, or financing partners.
Refund confirmation will be shared via email once processed.
If a learner has chosen to pay the program fee through an EMI, loan, or financing plan offered by a third-party institution, the following conditions apply:
The loan or EMI agreement is a separate contract between the learner and the financing partner. Eduinx is not a party to that contract.
The learner remains fully responsible for all EMI repayments, interest, and service charges, even if they later withdraw from or defer the program. Eduinx cannot pause, cancel, or refund EMIs once the loan has been disbursed by the financing partner.
Learners wishing to cancel or pre-close an EMI plan must contact the financing partner directly. Eduinx can issue a refund confirmation letter (if applicable) to assist the learner in completing the loan closure process.
Eduinx bears no financial or legal liability for disputes, penalties, or interest levied by third-party financiers. All such matters are governed by the respective loan agreement between the learner and the financing company.
Eduinx bears no obligation to compensate, defer, or adjust fees in these cases.
If a learner, due to unavoidable personal or professional reasons, cannot begin the program on the scheduled start date, Eduinx allows a one-time deferral to a future batch, subject to:
Once deferral is approved:
Failure to meet the above conditions voids the deferral request, and the original enrollment terms will apply.
In exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergencies, relocation, or verified personal hardship), learners may request a post-commencement deferral, provided that:
Once approved and the deferral fee is paid:
No post-program deferral requests shall be accepted after 7 days from program commencement.
This policy must be read in conjunction with Eduinx’s Placement Guarantee Policy.
After the refund or deferral window expires, learners’ rights are restricted strictly to placement services as defined therein.
Refund or compensation cannot be claimed for placement delays, rejections, or unsatisfactory hiring outcomes.
Note: This Refund & Deferral Policy covers only academic-related refunds and cancellations (before or during the program). Any placement-linked refund or reimbursement — including the 50 % refund after 15 months of non-placement — shall be governed solely by the terms, eligibility criteria, and timelines defined in Eduinx’s Placement Guarantee Policy. This ensures that course-related refunds and placement-related guarantees are treated as two independent processes for compliance and audit purposes.
Eduinx maintains complete records of learner enrollment, participation, and financial transactions for a minimum of three (3) financial years.
Refund or deferral applicants consent to Eduinx verifying all attendance, assignment, and payment data during the audit and approval process.
For queries, clarifications, or support regarding refunds, deferrals, or cancellations, please contact: student.affairs@eduinx.com (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST)
By proceeding with payment or enrollment, the learner confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in Eduinx’s Refund, Deferral & Cancellation Policy, Placement Guarantee Terms, and Code of Conduct, as published in the official Eduinx Career Success Program Handbook and on the Eduinx website.
