We understand that there may be instances where a customer needs to request a cancellation. Our refund policy is designed to handle such requests in a fair and timely manner.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests will be considered only within 7 days of the class starting date.

To qualify for a refund, the following criteria must also be met:

• 1. You have not attended more than two live sessions.
• 2. You have not submitted any assignments or project work.
• 3. You have not earned a certificate of completion for the course.

• 1. Your full name and email address used for the purchase
• 2. The name of the course for which you are requesting a refund.
• 3. A brief reason for the refund request.

Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

Please note: It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company’s policies.
